- Fixed cases wherein manually selecting to deload would not generate any more microcycles/workouts and end the mesocycle without deloading
- Weight changes are no longer suggested for subsequent sets of a superset under the same conditions as for normal exercises

(NEW) Workout
- Workout Edit Menu - add exercises after the last exercise of the workout, change/set recovery scores, use a recovery session, mark next microcycle to be a deload, skip workout
- Exercise Edit Menu - add or remove sets (or drop/myo-rep sets), add notes, add exercises before or after, replace the exercise with another, disable set progression, reset the exercise to its original targets, or remove the exercise from the workout
- Notes - add, edit, and delete notes per exercise
- Sets - automatically adjust subsequent set weights, suggest weight increases or decreases, show target repetitions and RIR (with icon to show which to target for the current set), calculate and adjust myo-rep match and giant sets' repetitions, show additional inputs for techniques such as drop sets
- Performance and Recovery - score recovery before workouts and score pump and workload/mind-muscle connection during workout to inform set progressions
- Deload Sessions - automatic deloads (if enabled) at the end of mesocycles, halving volume and weight
- Recovery Sessions - select muscles to have a single session'deload', halving volume for that workout

- View all created mesocycles and their details, including microcycles, and sessions, along with volume calculationsy
- Edit mesocycle details, including all sessions if the mesocycle is still 'Planned', copy the mesocycle ID, or delete the mesocycle
- Sort & Filter - sort all mesocycles by creation date, name, or when last updated and/or filter them based on name, date range, status, goal, or number of microcycles

- Sessions - customisable session names and training days. Can be moved within plan, reset, or removed
- Exercises - select a muscle to train, the exercise for that muscle, first week sets, rep range, and training technique. Can have target muscle changed, be moved within session, reset to just target muscle, or removed
- Techniques - select a training technique from superset, myo-rep match, myo-rep sets, drop sets, or giant set
- Volumes - per session and microcycle volume (set) calculations as exercises are added
- Details - configure the details of the mesocycle including name, length of the training plan, goal, start date, and this mesocycle is active
- Import - copy one of an existing mesocycles using the quick buttons, or paste an import ID from any user of the app to copy the first microcycle's sessions and exercises of their plan
(NEW) Profile
- Account - change/update name, email, or password and view current subscription details
- Preferences - configure a number of preference options, including weight increments, auto progressions, mesocycle preferences, and volume calculations to customise how the app works
- User Data - keep track of stats, edit/delete any daily weight check ins, and get an estimate for recommended maintenace caloric intake
- Exercises - coming soon! Add custom exercises that may be missing from the JST Workout directory
